Chart notes
CATAMOUNT showed the way while three wide, angled in to maintain command throughout the turn from the inside, then drew off in the stretch while in a strong drive to prove best. THE CHALK was unprepared at the start, was hustled at the rear while three wide, was steadily gaining leaving the turn while in a gamely bid and was able to get up for the place prize besting the rest of the field. BOOZEINTHEBLENDER pressed the pace from the inside into the turn, was under steady coaxing while continuing press the leader from the two path, rallied in the upper stretch, lacked the winning bid and gave way while drifting out and missed the place prize. BROOKLYN ALLEY CAT hit gate at the start, was unhurried early, then bid while two wide on the turn, drifted outward in the upper stretch then kept on while in a mild drive to no avail. MULTIPLE OPINIONS tucked along the inside towards the rear and never threatened. KENTUCKY DREAMIN broke slightly inward, then stalked the pace from the inside while maintaining third position into the turn, lacked rallying in the stretch and gave way. CHEROKEE SUNRISE reared up prior to the start, then lunged out of the gate and had no chance.
