Q F SEVENTY FIVE mid pack, moved up inside through the second turn, found room and angled four wide into the stretch, made a steady gain, shook clear inside the furlong marker and lasted. STARSHIP EMPIRE rated back inside, moved up while angling out through the second turn, came three wide into the stretch, made a steady gain, angled out late for clear racing room and missed. FLAWLESS BOURBON sprinted to a clear lead off the rail, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, dueled, then weakened the final furlong and held the show. HEY PADRE stalked the pace on the outside, held position on the two path through the second turn, bid three wide outside that one into the lane, then dueled and flattened the final furlong. VAN rated close up and inside, saved ground through the turns, lost some ground into the stretch and weakened in the lane. YADI well placed and outside, moved up on the two path through the second turn, fanned five wide into the stretch and ran evenly in the lane. CATATUMBO was no factor. HE'S A GOOD DANCER was never involved.
