Chart notes
GORMLEY GIRL set a pressured pace on the inside and was well handled, then made a bid by the quarter pole and shook clear, then remained clear to the wire to prove best under a drive. BOOTSY'S MERLOT was well placed on the inside, made a two wide bid by the quarter pole but flattened out, stayed on for the place award. KESTENNA (GB) was off a beat slow, settled early, saved ground on the far turn, angled out five wide leaving the turn and rallied. LIL H was washy in the post parade, pressed the early pace and then was in between rivals by the half mile marker and tired on the turn. HIGHWAY QUEEN tracked the pace three wide and tired.
