Chart notes
DAISY DE ORO prompted the early pace on the first turn, moved up two wide to take control leaving the half mile pole, maintained a well measured advantage to upper stretch and kicked away when called upon. SKY HIGH SUSAN unhurried early, made a steady advance along the fence leaving the half mile pole, waited for racing roon early on the final bend, angled out to the clear turning for home while steadily gaining ground, angled in midway down the lane and closed well to be up for the place. NEW DESTINY stalked the pace from three wide down the backside, rallied on the far turn to loom boldly turning for home, drifted out in upper stretch and failed to sustain the rally finishing evenly. THAT IS AWESOME set the early, pace surrendered the lead on the backside and gradually weakened coming home. ENTITLEMENT reserved off the pace while racing five wide and lacked a closing response. PLANTS AND BIRDS broke a step tardy from the gate, raced up to be well placed along the fence down the backside, raced up to be prominent on the final turn and flattened out. JUST A WIN raced mid-pack throughout and failed to mount a bid. BRIELLE EVANGELINE broke a bit awkwardly to be at the rear of the field and was never a factor.
