SILKEN DOLLAR broke out slightly to start, was checked leaving the chute, recovered to watch the engaged pair on the lead three wide at the half, closed in when nudged three wide outside with five sixteenths from home, was in the thick of things in the four path at the top of the lane but yielded between rivals at the sixteenth pole. EFFICACIOUS settled in midfield outside foes along the backstretch, was hard ridden going the wrong way by midturn and emptied out in upper stretch.
