Chart notes
SPORTS EDITOR showed goo early foot to the pace, dug in near the eighth pole and prevailed under strong handling. GIVE IT A WHIRL tracked the early leader two deep, ridden through the far turn, dug in four wide between near the eighth pole and kept on gamely to the wire. LINCOLN HAWK (IRE) rated under a snug hold two deep, shifted out five wide into the upper stretch and finished willingly to the wire. LEGENDAIRE settled off the early pace setters, raced two wide around the far turn through the stretch run and had not enough. REGAL KINGDOM dropped in to stalk the early pace from the inside, continued its inside run through the stretch and was even with no final winning bid. POSSIBLEMENTE settled off the early going, swung six wide into the upper stretch and lacked a rally.
