Chart notes
PRACTICAL COACH stalked between rivals, bid three wide on the turn, rallied to the front in upper stretch, edged away, then dug in determinedly in deep stretch to hold of the runner up. AFTERNOON HEAT stalked three wide, bid four wide on the turn, rallied outside in the stretch run and dug in gamely outside of the winner to the wire. CHUCK WILLIS (IRE) vied two wide for the lead, dueled on the turn, weakened some and then finished evenly for third. NEIGH DUDE tracked on the inside, chased on the turn, angled out at the quarter pole, came wide and failed to rally. CENTER MID MADDIE vied inside for the lead, dueled on the turn and tired. MY MAMBA broke in the air and was off very awkwardly, left far behind the field and gained some ground in the stretch.
