Chart notes
KITTEN'S KID broke well and went to the lead, was not pushed and was able to dictate the pace while maintaining a short lead, held sway to the far turn then turned back all challenges and pulled away to a handy win. VULIN was caught three wide through the clubhouse turn, remained at the rear down the backstretch but not far from the lead in the compact field, rallied four wide into the stretch won a three way photo for the place. POKER ALICE lacked early speed and raced near the rear of the field between horses through the first turn, launched a rally under heavy pressure from the three furlong pole, tipped out to the four path for the stretch run kept on well and missed second by a nose. TIZ MY PRINCESS was last away but kept to the inside through the first turn, advanced into contention down the backstretch, lost some ground and dropped back to last heading into the far turn, then came back on under steady handling and intermittent urging to just miss in a blanket finish for second. J AND M EXPRESS tracked just off the pace while racing three wide to the far turn, went into drive from the three furlong marker, moved into second place turning for home, proved no match for the eventual winner, flattened out then tired mid-stretch. ANISETTE got good position behind the pacesetting KITTEN'S KID took the inside path through the far turn when the rail was left open, weakened at the quarter pole, dropped back to last and was not persevered with in the stretch.
