Chart notes
DYNAMIS led inside and drew off at the eighth pole under a mild drive. GLENBROOK GERRY stalked the pace in the three path, bid at the quarter pole but proved no match. SHALLUS was bumped at the start, raced in the four path, bid at the three-eighths pole and couldn't close late. HOBY CAT bore out at the start, saved ground, bid at the quarter pole and faded in the stretch. ADMIRAL BOUCHARD bore out at the start, pressed the early pace outside of the winner and faded on the far turn. KALAHARI KING was squeezed back at the start. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
