Chart notes
RARE STRIPE pressed the pace on the backstretch then dueled to the eighth pole and inched away and fended the late closing outside rival. CAMPISI raced off the pace down the backstretch then moved up from three wide on the turn and was gaining on the leader but was too late. STOMPING HOTROD went to a early pressured lead then dueled to the eighth pole and weakened but held on for the show. HOT LE ROY vied for the early lead on the backstretch then fell back on the turn but made a rebid in the stretch but was not enough. SAMURAI'S GRANDSON vied for the lead from three or four wide to midway through the turn and faded. SUEZ had no early speed then made a three wide bid on the turn but faltered. FOREVER COOL raced at the back early and made a mild bid on the turn but was not a factor. FIFTEEN LOVE BACK vied for the early lead from three wide to the nine sixteenths pole and gave way.
