Chart notes
MODERN SCIENCE (IRE) drafted back to race mid pack, moved up from the inside in the stretch run and kicked clear under steady pressure. MOONSHINE TIME (IRE) showed good early foot to show the pace, collared through the far turn and held well to be second best. READY FOR THE LADY raced from the outside in the stretch and moved up late to improve position. ON THE COUCH raced with the second flight early on, had an inside run through the stretch but had not enough. ANZIO forwardly pace early on and faded through the stretch. PAVONI failed to sustain a bid. WILLOW WOOD raced near the back early on and failed to respond. GIANTSBANE had an inside run and lacked a bid. GRUNION raced mid pack between rivals and tired readily through the stretch run. FIELD MARSHAL faded through the far turn and was eased up on in the stretch.
