Chart notes
COURT AND SPARK mid pack, moved up on the two path through the turn, fanned four wide into the stretch, made a steady gain and edged up in the final strides. ENJOY THE MUSIC well placed and outside, looped up three wide through the turn, bid on that path outside the leader into the stretch, exchanged bumps with that one, edged ahead at the furlong marker, then came again late and edged up for the place. THE CONNECTOR well placed and inside, moved up and steadied on heels through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, made a steady gain, shook clear late, then weakened and was outfinished for the place. WROTE IN STONE set the pace off the rail, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then weakened the final sixteenth and held a share. THALBERG passed a tiring rival, inside. BEAR CREEK ran evenly.
