Chart notes
LAST GLIMMER well placed and outside, moved to a striking position on the two path through the turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch, made a steady gain, edged ahead at the furlong marker, drew off, then lasted under steady pressure. CUPID MISSED mid pack, gained position inside through the turn, came through inside the stretch, angled out for clear racing room, made a steady gain on the winner and closed the gap late. R PENELOPE sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then weakened late and held the show. SWEET LILIBET tracked the pace, held position through the turn, angled three wide into the stretch, flattened and held a share. SISTER EVE well placed, moved up two and three wide through the turn, fanned four wide into the stretch and had no rally. SUNSET VIBES mi pack, held position on the two path through the turn, came three wide into the stretch, drifted in and could not gain. FRANKIE'S ROSE was never involved. JANES HOPE was no factor.
