Chart notes
AQUACAT led in the early going, angled out and moved up on the two path through the second turn, shook clear, then drew off ad was kept to the task. HARI mid pack, saved ground through the turns, came through inside into the stretch, made a steady gain and closed well for the place. GOLDEN SODA well placed, moved up two and three wide through the second turn, came three wide into the stretch, flattened late and missed the place. SHIMMERING LEROID unhurried, looped up three and four wide through the second turn, fanned widest into the stretch and passed tiring rivals. RANSEUR pulled to the lead through the first turn, drew off down the backstretch, stayed on when challenged through the second turn, then faded the final furlong. GOLDEN OAK was never involved.
