Chart notes
CURAHEE pressed two deep from the outside of foe and finished strongly to edge away under steady handling. LAZIO vied near the rail earl on, led but was no match for the winner in the latter stages. CHADO was under a hard chase early, made a rail bid around the far turn through the stretch and had not enough for the top pair. BRAVE WORDS chased the top pair from the outside, raced four wide into the upper stretch and weakened. FIGHTING WORDS raced two deep around the far turn, swung five wide and had no late rally. PYROMANIA raced five wide into the upper stretch and had no responnse. BATTLE ON lag early on and never menaced.
