Chart notes
SWEET TRAVELS settled near the back early on, waited for racing room nearing the upper stretch, shifted out four wide and finished strongly to edge away under steady pressure. HALLELUJAH HARRIS rated along down the backstretch near the inside, continued its inside bid into the upper stretch, angled out near the eighth pole and finished gamely to the wire. HOLY ALIMONY prompt the early pace from the inside, had a narrow lead near the eighth pole and gave way grudgingly. BOURBON STRAIT stalked the pace, hard ridden two path between through the far turn and weakened a bit the final eighth of a mile. NIPPY FITZ raced four wide around the first turn, stalked the pace from the outside, raced three wide around the far turn and was even with no closing run. SO SMOOTH was slow early on, saved ground through the far turn, angled through the upper stretch to race off the inside and never threatened. HERCULES N LOVE raced four wide around the first turn, showed the pace down the backstretch while racing well off the inside and stopped in the drive.
