Chart notes
GUNFLASH was unhurried early, raced outside, advanced to turn, went seven wide entering the stretch, closed steadily and wore down his rivals to get up near the wire. LAURI'S WISH pressed the pace, challenged for the lead on the turn, dueled to deep stretch, inched away and was caught. LIFE IS A BANQUET set a pressured pace, responded when challenged to duel to deep stretch, faltered and held for show. CLEAR AS A BELE raced close to the pace, went six wide leaving the turn, put in a steady bid and didn't have enough late. BILOXI lagged early, bid off the rail and lacked the needed rally. DON'TCROSSTHEDEVIL raced in close, went five wide entering the stretch and lacked a late response. MR. B CAUSE saved ground, lacked a stretch response and was outrun.
