NOVGOROD THE GREAT raced in the two path around the first turn, led the way up the backstretch, opened up while saving ground around the far turn and remained in command to the wire. CADET CORPS raced in the middle of the pack on the inside through the opening half mile, continued to save ground around the second turn and improved position in the stretch. SOUL COAXING raced in the three path around the first turn, chased the leader on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the far bend from the two path and gave way in the lane. CANTSTEALMYTHUNDER raced in the three path early, settled off the pace on the outside for the run up the backstretch, swung out to the four path coming around the second turn and made up some ground in the lane while never threatening. POLICY OPTION raced at the back of the pack on the inside around the first turn and up the backstretch, came around the second turn still in the two path and made no bid. BANDIT SWANSON raced in the two path around the first turn, tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the far bend and tired in the lane.
