Chart notes
OZONE rated a short lead inside and kept the edge over STOMPING MOON leaving the three eighths pole, came under pressure at the quarter pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and was kept alert in the stretch. The latter stalked from the three path then challenged toward the three eighths pole, but dropped back approaching the five sixteenths, rounded the far turn off the rail and settled for second best. BON BUENO settled in the three path the first turn, gave chase approaching the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and showed little in the lane. TEMPESTIVO saved ground on the first turn and showed little response through the backstretch. SCHMEAR raced in the five path the first turn, left the turn outside and showed little response through the backstretch. KEANU ran in the five path the first turn, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole but faded in the four path on the far turn.
