Chart notes
CHAPA prompted the pace to be in striking distance through the turn, rallied turning for home to take command in mid-stretch and drew away. EMPRESS DEONA set the pace on a clear lead to the top of the lane, was out-finished by the winner and continued on willingly to be second best. BOSS LIKE BETH unhurried in the early going, ralied steadily on the turn to the wire to be along for the show. MARY Q slow early to trail the field and rallied belatedly in the lane. KNICKERSINATWIST tracked the leaders to upper stretch and weakened in the drive. GOLDEN EIB MICRPHN failed to menace. AEGEAN SEA contended from mid-pack through the turn and faded in the lane.
