Chart notes
BACKWOODS BOOGIE was off very slow, lost a considerable amount of ground at the start, coaxed along the inside through the far turn, shifted out four wide and edged up strong handling. RAGTIME BLUES showed good early foot to control the pace, clear off near the three sixteenths, led inside the sixteenth pole and missed in a game effort. SLIPPIN JIMMY was off slowly, trailed after the poor start, moved up three wide around the far turn and finished gamely to the wire racing from the far outside. GOODLUCKCHUCK tracked the early leader two deep, took aim the upper stretch and was outkicked to the wire. CAJUN'S MAGIC tracked the early pace from the inside and weakened through the drive. SPEAKERIT raced in tight early along the inside, steadied near the three eighths pole from the inside, swung out six wide into the lane and had no late rally. ELEVATED FOREVER dropped back to race mid pack, raced three wide around the far turn and lacked a bid.
