Chart notes
BORDER WAR rated back early on, split rivals four deep near the three sixteenths pole and finished gamely to get up under strong handling. CHEVY MAN settled off the early going, raced near the inside around the far turn, angled out six deep and finished gamely to the wire. UNION BULLDOG stalked the pace, was blocked into the upper stretch, angled out nearing the eighth pole and finished gamely to the wire. BRITISH SEA pressed the early leader two deep and weakened the final eighth of a mile. BEE WELL stalked the pace, raced three to four wide around the far turn and weakened. CHACHACHING dropped back to race off the early going, raced four wide into the upper stretch and lacked a bid. OCONEE LIFE showed good early speed to set the pace and was empty the final three sixteenths of a mile. MICKELEENE dropped back early and failed to menace.
