Chart notes
ETHAN'S GIRL was in tight early then allowed to settle, moved up strongly along the inside on the turn, angled out two-wide nearing the three-sixteenths pole then took the lead nearing the eighth pole and gradually drew clear. COASTAL GIRL was unhurried early, moved forward along the inside nearing the quarter pole, angled out to be three-wide nearing the eighth pole and closed strongly. GROOVY GRAY GAL saved ground setting the pace to near the eighth pole and held on fairly well for third when headed. CLEARWATER BELLE was reserved off the early pace, rallied five-wide into the stretch and was gaining slightly late. PRANCING MATILDA ducked out sharply at the start to the outside rail getting away well behind her field then saved ground but was unable to recover in time. DEDUCTION was three-wide early while racing in the middle of the field and weakened. KOOL KADILLAC prompted the early pace while racing two-wide and tired.
