Chart notes
MOST WANTED pressed the pace early two wide, was in the three path into the lane, inched clear near the eighth pole and held sway in the final stages. MIDNIGHT RAID was unhurried early on, raced near the rail into the lane, rallied up the inside down the lane and was gaining in the late stages. UNO MAS BOURBON tracked the pace early, was in the four path into the lane, made a bid down the lane and missed place in the final stages. BATON ROUGE was a tad slow at the break and raced back early on, swung into the six path entering the lane, rallied down the lane and was gaining late. KING RUSSELL was bumped at the start, set the pace early on, raced in the two path into the lane and faltered late in the stretch run. CURLIN'S GESTURE was bumped at the start, raced in the two path into the lane and flattened out late in the stretch drive. GLEN AIRY was never a threat. PEEK was bumped at the start and through after a half. WINSTON WOLF was never a factor. MR MCGREGOR stalked the pace early three wide, was in the five path into the lane and faded down the lane. OUR DREAM RYE'D was a tad slow at the start and through after three quarters. MIDNIGHT DAJOEY showed little.
