Chart notes
COAST ALONG accelerated to the early lead, set the pace well off the rail was under urging the final furlong. ELON , checked behind the winner leaving the backstretch, raced along the inner rail and gained the place. TAKETHEFIFTH lacked speed, saved ground around the turn, remained along the rail in the stretch and passed tired horses. BIG AMADEUS rushed up early, chased the winner to the stretch and weakened. NAVY ADMIRAL hopped leaving the starting gate and was outrun. BEAUTIFUL MISCHIEF , outrun, stayed in the two path on the turn. GIFT EXCHANGE , three wide turning for home, gave way.
