Chart notes
JUSTICE ONCE settled through early stages, moved up closer late on the inside around the far turn, cut the corner and given cue entering the top of the lane, vied for the lead holding a slight edge a furlong out, dug in gamely edged ahead to a slim lead and held safe. MUNNYCANTBUYMELOVE raced off the early pace, swung into action along the outside entering the lane, vied for the lead racing four deep a furlong out, could not move on with eventual winner but sustained a game bid to the wire. MAHOMES took over the lead in the early backstretch, set the pace and held firm around the far turn, took on challengers at the head of the lane, vied two wide between rivals a furlong out then weakened late. DAY MONEY stalked the pace up the backstretch, launched a bid turning for home, vied three deep a furlong out then weakened late. WARRIOR'S RUN raced in the back, hustled along three to four wide into upper stretch and lacked a needed rally. RIDING THE TRAIN hustled up to the early lead, got collared for the top spot in early backstretch, ran on then came up empty after the half and retreated.
