Chart notes
GEAUX YOSHKA was unhurried early, saved ground, rallied around the turn, bid along the rail entering the stretch, closed willingly and got up in the final strides. BALTASAR set a pressured pace to the turn, drew off for a clear lead, led to deep stretch and was outfinished in a game effort. REBEL EMPIRE rallied along the rail on the turn, shifted out, bid willingly to contend, hung late and settled for show. GRAN RUNNER stalked the pace to the turn, dropped back and gave way. PISTOL OR SHOTGUN was outrun in an even effort. KENNY HAD A NOTION pressed the pace to the turn and gave way. ABUELO PAPS clipped heels on the turn and lost his rider. The stewards' posted an inquiry concerning possible interference on the turn. No change was made.
