THEWITCHISGONE stalked then challenged leaving the three eighths pole, took the lead two deep approaching the quarter pole, was steadily handled to mid-stretch then taken in hand later yards. GOLDEN APPEAL raced in the three path the first turn, moved to the outside into the backstretch and bid nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the three path and dug in to take second mid-stretch. RUN TO DAYLIGHT rated a short lead inside, was pressured leaving the three eighths pole and gave up the lead approaching the quarter pole, dropped back at the rail midway on the far turn then flattened the final sixteenth. ROCKET APPEAL stalked inside, gave chase from the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail then eased out into the lane and flattened stride. SEXY CHOCOLATTE saved ground. AUBURN MILL raced in the three path the first turn, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole but faded into the far turn. WINDSOR'S TRACKER, never in contention, was eased midway on the far turn, returned lame and was vanned off.
