Chart notes
CLEAT vied for the lead from between horses to the turn then tipped in to vie from the inside and took the lead at the top of the stretch to draw clear. PREMIUM sprinted to the lead from off the rail but was caught in upper stretch and fought gamely in the stretch. SPARRA showed no early speed, saved ground around the turn and angled out to three wide at the sixteenth pole for the late rally. CREATIVE MIRACLE raced near the back on the backstretch while racing three wide on the turn, angled out to five wide in upper stretch to finish strong. DRAG MALIBU raced in the middle pack while racing two wide on the turn then made a rail bid in the stretch to improve position. DEBATER raced within striking distance and was outfinished in the stretch. CRAZY RIDGE raced off the pace but lacked the late response. CADILLAC COWBOY saved ground but was not a factor. CHI TOWN HUSTLER pressed the pace from three wide to the top of the stretch and gave way. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
