Chart notes
SCARAMOUCHE chased the leader through the turn then made a three wide bid into the stretch to run down the leader and fend off TUSKEGEE AIRMEN in the final yards to clear late. TUSKEGEE AIRMEN tracked the leaders to the top of the stretch then made a strong rail bid and fought gamely with SCARAMOUCHE to deep stretch and gave way grudgingly. POINT DUME rushed away from the gate to a clear lead but was collared at the eighth pole and tired. HE'SMYHONEYBADGER was hustled early then settled off the pace down the backstretch but lacked the rally. O'CONNER SUNSET trailed the field and was outrun.
