Chart notes
PHILO BEDDOE veered out leaving the gate, recovered to duel on the outside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the three path and dug in gamely in the lane to get up for the win late. YO DAWG raced in the middle of the pack between horses up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the three path, and gained ground late in the stretch to narrowly miss. WHISTLER dueled on the inside through the opening quarter, saved ground around the turn and dug in in the lane but gave way in the final strides. KING OF THE PALACE raced in the middle of the pack on the outside early, came around the turn in the three path and improved position in the lane. CROCODILE TEARS dueled between horses up the backstretch, navigated the bend from the two path and weakened in the stretch. BACK TO SELLING raced in the middle of the pack on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and was outkicked in the lane. BELLAMYS ROAN raced off the pace through the opening stages, continued around the turn in the three path and made no bid. FUTURE PERFECT reared up at the start and lost his rider and was later caught and walked off. AN INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO THE START. UPON REVIEW, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT HORSE FIVE, FUTURE PERFECT, HAD A FAIR START AND NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH.
