Chart notes
CALIBRACHOAMATTERS sprinted to the front, drove clear, saved ground and was kept to the task. APRIORITY AVENGER raced in the middle of the field, moved up around the turn off the rail, angled out entering the stretch, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. SABERMAN lacked early speed, made a steady gain, came up the rail, proved no match for the top two, but got up for third. BACK BAYOU pressed the early pace, forwardly placed throughout and lacked a late kick. GATSBY'S FORTUNE raced within contention, came around the turn on the outside and finished evenly. GILDERSLEEVE lacked early speed, showed late interest, while finishing wide, but was no factor. PATIO'S PORCH showed early speed and faded down the stretch. ITELLYOUTHEFACTS raced within striking distance, came around the turn wide and retreated. KIT KAT KIDD brushed at the start, raced in the back and was never a threat. BYATHREAD void of early speed and showed little. TOP PRIORITY raced near the middle of the pack in the beginning, dropped back and was outrun. HARPES HILL brushed at the start, always raced near the back and was never a threat.
