Chart notes
ADIEU ACES raced within striking distance, moved up on the outside around the turn, drove clear down the lane and finished well. MAGAWILDTIME unhurried in the beginning, moved up on the inside around the turn, angled out, rallied, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. BOULDERING lacked early speed, showed late interest, but proved no match for the top two. GOLDUSTER vied for the early lead, saved ground and faded. WHACUDPOSBLYGOWRNG lacked early speed and passed tired ones. BAYOU BEAUX raced evenly near the back, finished wide and was no threat. MAHOMEBRED challenged on the front end in the early part and dropped back. KAHAAL dueled for the early advantage and retreated to the rear.
