Chart notes
SAMMY AND SHORTY away alertly, had good early speed two wide, dropped back a bit before a quarter, shifted out three wide, rallied through the turn to make the lead at the top of the stretch, was coaxed right then left handed and edged clear late. DASH OF FIRE unhurried early, rallied through the stretch four wide and got up for second. SWEET LEMON DROP never far back, finished determinedly three wide. CALBOYZEKE hopped at the start, was unhurried, responded with a quick move two wide entering the stretch then was outfinished. WEEKEND BUZZ pressed the pace along the inside down the backstretch, made the lead entering the turn, set the pace to the top of the stretch then came up empty in the final stages. MONSTER HUNTER was no threat. RED HOT POWER set a pressured pace three then two wide for three furlongs, had speed through the turn then stopped.
