THE RED MAN prompted the pace two wide into the turn, made the lead past the five sixteenths pole, set the balance of the pace and finished full of run under left handed urging to win going away. EL BANDIDO never far back, rallied through deep stretch three wide and finished second best. VOORHEES away alertly, set a pressured pace along the inside into the turn, kept on but was outfinished in the final stages. ARMOR PIERCING broke in front, prompted the early pace two wide then faded. GOLD HERITAGE had his head turned at the start and trailed throughout. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time. PER RULING ECM2024-268 FROM THE HIWU, VOORHEES WAS DQ'D DUE TO A POSITIVE TEST.
