Chart notes
HEY BARMAID set the pace while racing two-wide, responded when challenged by METEOR SHOWER nearing the eighth pole and drew clear late. METEOR SHOWER was allowed to settle, moved up four-wide nearing the quarter pole, offered a bid nearing the eighth pole but was unable to stay with the winner late while proving clear second best. SHE'S A KRAKEN prompted HER BARMAID early from along the inside, dropped back slightly nearing the quarter pole then angled out for room nearing the eighth pole and finished well for third in a good effort. CAMDEN HIGH was forwardly placed while racing two-wide but lacked the needed late response. REALREALGOOD saved ground while dropping back, slipped through entering the stretch and was gaining slightly late. APRICOT BRANDY was close-up early racing along the inside, steadied in tight nearing the seven-sixteenths pole and gave way. WEGOTTODRINKING was unhurried early racing three-wide on the turn and failed to menace.
