Chart notes
FORT CHARLES chased in the three path, angled out midway around the turn, bumped an outer foe while swinging out to the eight path turning into the lane, and rallied on his left lead to get up in the final strides. ROWDY JESS raced off the pace out in the seven path, was driven in the five path around the turn, got bumped out to the nine path by an inner foe turning into the stretch, and ran on for place. SAMARITANO bumped with an outer foe at the start, tracked in the five path, floated out to the seven path turning into the lane, and kept on for show. FORWARDLY vied for the lead in the four path, took command in the three path going into the turn, received a right handed cue passing the quarter, kicked on to draw clear in upper stretch, but weakened in the final sixteenth. SIR DANIEL bumped with an inner foe at the start, trailed in the three path, was ridden along the rail around the turn, but drifted out in the final furlong, and failed to bid. DR BAYTER bumped between foes at the start, stalked in the five path but faded from the three path in the final furlong. NORFIE bumped between foes at the start, rated in the six path but never threatened. FORT ATTITUDE dueled for the lead in the two path but faded around the turn.
