Chart notes

ALL RUN contested the early lead while four wide, gained a short advantage leaving the backstretch, and drew away under handling late stretch. THISCATSGOTSPEED lagged early, advanced quickly outside in the final turn, and closed gamely late to score place honours. HANDSOME HENRY chased four wide into the far turn, rallied belatedly and was bested. DR. DAVE was taken back to settle off the early pacesetters, was roused at the quarter pole, and was outkicked. TRAPEZE unhurried early, and showed some interest late. TAKE CHARGE CURLY contested the pace from the two path, was unable to move on with rivals and lacked a closing response. BRODY'S PAL stalked from the rail, and had no response when called upon. SILENT COUNT pressed the pace while five wide, and gave way. LATE NIGHT LIVING chased inside and tired.
