POCKET KNIFE vied with GORMLEY GAL for the lead from along the inside, disposed of that one nearing the quarter pole and gradually increased her advantage. DEVIL D' ORO was forwardly placed while racing three-wide, was unable to threaten the winner while clearly second best. ENGAGING SOUL was unhurried early, came six-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally for the show. GORMLEY GAL was bumped at he start by MY MOTORHOME then vied with POCKET KNIFE for the lead to near the quarter pole and tired. MY MOTORHOME broke in to bump GORMLEY GAL then was allowed to settle, moved up four-wide on the backstretch to reach contention then angled in after five furlongs and gave way/.
