Chart notes
SPERANZAS WILL stalked the pace on the outside, held position on the two path through the turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch, then made a steady gain and edged up in the final strides. DISCO CENTS sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, increased his margin through the turn, then drew off in the stretch and was outfinished. CHANGE THE HOUR unhurried, looped up three and four wide through the turn, fanned widest into the stretch, closed fast and gained the show. I'M THE CABANA BOY tracked the pace well back, held position on the two path through the turn, came four wide into the stretch, then closed willingly to hold a share. TWELVETWO well placed and outside, angled in and held position through the turn, came through inside into the stretch and evened the final furlong. MAJESTIC JOHNSON ran evenly for a half and faded. MALIBU'S BOSS MAN was never involved.
