Chart notes
OXYMORE broke alertly to take command from the gate, set a well rated pace while well in hand, responded when called upon in uper stretch and was unchallenged through the lane. MIDNIGHT TEQUILA slow early to be at the rear of the pack, circled the field turning for home and closed well to be gaining late. BRUDER tracked the pacesetter from two wide through the turn and rallied mildly in the lane failing to threaten. NINTH OF APRIL raced near the rear of the field early and made a steady postional gain while racing erratically down the lane. ROCKLAND EXPRESS failed to menace. SPEAKERIT well placed for the first three-eighths and faded in the lane. MICHEAUX hustled away from the gate to pressure the leader early, was taken up slightly entering the turn off heels and dropped back tiring in the stretch.
