Chart notes
KRABI made the lead soon after the start, set all the pace while nicely rated and lasted under strong handling. PEARLINTHEROUGH trailed into the far turn, swung wide then closed determinedly in the seven path through the final furlong but was too late. FULL TIME STRUTIN hopped at the start, chased the winner three then two wide, drifted inward despite left handed urging past the furlong marker then faded late. SKY well placed, failed to respond. RIPLEY EFFECT stalked the pace along the rail into the stretch, checked nearing the sixteenth pole as FULL TIME STRUTIN drifted in then lost momentum. UNWHIRLED settled three wide and was through after a half. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN AND THE RIDER OF RIPLEY EFFECT LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF FULL TIME STRUTTIN FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE IN DEEP STRETCH. AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS UPHELD THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
