Chart notes
LIPSTICK N LASHES stalked the pace early on, raced in the four path into the lane, made a bid down the lane, edged clear nearing the sixteenth pole and held off rival in the final stages. BUCKEYE CRUISER was unhurried early along the inside, fanned into the five path entering the lane, rallied down the lane and was gaining in the late stages. CHICA CHULA was a tad slow at the start and trailed the field early on, raced in the four path into the lane, rallied down the lane and was gaining late. OPIE'S GIRL set the pace early on, was in the three path into the lane and faltered late in the stretch run. BRIEF ENCOUNTER tracked the pace early, was on the inside into the lane, made a bid in the stretch but weakened late in the drive. COMPUTER WHIZ was a tad slow at the start and through after a half.
