Chart notes
EXCITABLE BOY raced off the pace inside, chased inside on the turn, rallied in the two path in the stretch run and edged away late. WICKLINE showed good speed outside, briefly shook free, dueled inside into the stretch, then dug in gamely on the rail to the finish. LORD BERRIER raced off the pace, advanced on the turn, came five wide into the lane and gained mildly outside. WILLOW CREEK ROAD chased between rivals, bid between foes and the quarter pole and weakened in the lane. PRINCE OF IRON chased three or four wide, bid three wide at the quarter pole and tired. CONFISCATED chased close up early in the two path, chased on the turn and faded.
