Chart notes
HARLEY SIOUX chased inside, dueled for the lead at the rail past the quarter pole, was steadily handled through the upper stretch then taken in hand the final sixteenth. BIG JOE B ducked out and made sharp contact with Majestic Sunday then with El Morito a stride later, gave chase after that incident and entered the turn off the rail, angled to the outside leaving the turn and dug in to take second the final yards. BIG BOY OVI gave chase, rounded the turn about the six path then flattened the final sixteenth. EL MORITO veered in and made contact with Strike Three and was bumped by Big Joe B a stride later, chased through the backstretch, entered the turn at the rail and hit the rail toward the head of the lane. DIVA'S DEMON chased through the backstretch, raced off the rail on the turn and flattened in the lane. SHUFFLE set a pressured pace, was caught past the quarter pole, drifted through the turn and weakened in the lane. MAJESTIC SUNDAY was bumped outward and into STRIKE THREE leaving the gate while being squeezed back, angled to the inside and gave chase to no avail. The latter was bumped then squeezed at the break and never factored.
