Chart notes
LIEUTENANT BROWN was brushed leaving the gate then saved ground, bid leaving the three eighths pole, took over in the three path passing the eighth pole and was steadily handled to draw clear later yards. DOCTOR PARDO saved early ground then picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, angled to the four path on the far turn and dug in to take second late yards. PENGUIN PARADE was forced outward and into Lieutenant Brown leaving the gate then stalked into the first turn, challenged leaving the seven sixteenths pole, took the nod approaching the quarter but was met passing the eighth pole and flattened the final sixteenth. NEVERPOPTHECORK raced well off the pace and off the rail the first turn, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the three path on the far turn and passed some rivals outside. DR JACK FLYER veered out leaving the gate then set the early pace inside, was met past the nine sixteenths pole and gave chase into the backstretch, but weakened into the far turn. CANDY FOR JUBA veered outward and into Penguin Parade then raced with the early pace through the front stretch, drifted a bit into the first turn, took the nod leaving the nine sixteenths pole and dueled with the advantage from that point, but gave up the lead at the rail into the far turn and gave way leaving the turn.
