ONCOURTCOMMENTATOR saved ground around the first turn, swung to the four path near the six furlongs pole, circled horses on the far turn, gained a three wide lead at the head of the stretch, responded to the whip in mid stretch and pulled away. MAJOR HOULIHAN chased the pace outside FIVECOMMATWO, challenged for the lead mid way on the far turn, battled with the winner turning for home then weakened in the drive. VIENNESE WALTZ , always outrun, stayed along the inner rail around the far turn, eased out in upper stretch and passed tired horses. FIVECOMMATWO sped to the early lead, set the pace slightly off the inner rail and weakened after seven furlongs. COMPASS RISES , three wide the first turn, swung to the five path in upper stretch, faltered and was eased. WELLAREYOUHAPPYNOW , three wide the first turn, chased the pace to the three eighths pole, tired and was eased late.
