Chart notes
LA TACHE set the pace on the inside, then repelled bids by the half mile marker, drew clear on the far turn, then widened the margin leaving the turn and maintained a safe margin to the wire to prove best under mild right handed crop. REZQUIA was rated three wide on the first turn, then moved to the inside on the far turn, angled out in the lane and was gaining late but could not get to the winner while clearly second best. NANASQUAN was settled back early, three wide on the far turn and swung out six wide leaving the turn and was up for the show award late. FOXEY G prompted the pace three wide, then vied for the lead three to four wide by the half mile marker and tired. BO RUNKLE pulled on the first turn tracking the leaders, then moved out and vied for the lead in between rivals by the nine sixteenths and then stopped.
