GOODIE GOOMER tracked the pace, saved ground through the turn, angled three wide into the stretch, lugged in, straightened, was repeatedly bumped by a trapped rival, made a steady gain, edged and held. RONDURE unhurried, saved ground through the turn, came through inside into the stretch, made a steady gain, angled out for clear racing room, bumping a rival repeatedly and missed. WENT WEST stalked the pace on the outside, held position on the two path through the turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch, made a steady gain, edged ahead, then was no match late and held the show. DREAMING OF KONA well placed and outside, lost some position three wide through the turn, fanned four wide into the stretch and ran evenly. SPIRITED SOL set the pace on the inside, stayed on when challenged at the furlong marker, then faded late. A CLAIM OF FOUL LODGED BY THE RIDER OF RONDURE AGAINST THE RIDER OF GOODIE GOOMER FOR INTERFERENCE INSIDE THE FURLONG MARKER, WAS NOT ALLOWED
