Chart notes
CUT HIM LOOSE rated a short lead inside, came under pressure leaving the three eighths pole, ran clear at the five sixteenths and was steadily handled through the lane. DREAM LEADER settled off the rail the first turn, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole and improved in the five path on the far turn, then dueled through the stretch for second. PALACIO saved ground early, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and was outfinished in the stretch duel for second. MITOLE CANDY saved early ground, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the four path then flattened in the lane. LUZIA stalked off the rail the first turn, moved to challenge at the three eighths pole but dropped back at the five sixteenths, raced in the three path on the far turn and weakened. UNUSUALLY LUCKY gave up a several lengths when she hesitated at the break, raced off the rail the first turn and showed little response through the backstretch. SWIPE THAT CANDY raced in the three path the first turn and showed little response. SPARKLEINYOUREYE raced just off the early pace about the three path, left the first turn toward the outside and gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, but faded in the five path on the far turn.
